How to read this. Each column has its own denominator. Do not average them.
  • Roster: distinct people on a non-archived Sunday serve team in Planning Center. Shift teams (Cafe 8A / 9:30A / 11:30A) count each person once.
  • Show rate: roster person-Sundays with a volunteer scan, over roster × Sundays in the window. This is the Team Health number.
  • Asked / Yes / Declined / No reply: serve requests in Planning Center Services, one per person per Sunday. This is the Serve Requests number. Dallas only: other campuses do not schedule through Services yet, so those cells are blank rather than zero.
  • Kept their yes: said yes AND scanned in that Sunday, over yes. This is the Your Yes Is a Yes number.
  • The window is the same set of Sundays Team Health uses (Sundays with at least 150 volunteer scans org-wide), so the headline show rate here matches that tab.
