How much of each serve team roster actually shows up. Everyone listed on a team in Planning Center, checked against whether they scanned in as a volunteer on each Sunday in the window.

Reading this without getting it wrong
  • Serving is a check-in scan, not a confirmed request. A team that scans loosely reads low. This is a different question from the one the Serve Requests board answers — that one measures whether people replied.
  • Don't halve for a rotation. If a team is built to serve every other Sunday, the whole team was never expected on any one Sunday. The denominator is who was asked that week.
  • Core means someone serves more Sundays than not — better than every other week.
  • A person on two teams counts in both, so the team rows add up to more than the headline roster.
